Passion HQ Shipping Policy
There is no branding on the parcel or in the parcel and it contains no invoice inside if you require one we will happily email one to you. All our parcels are packed either in boxes or in strong packs.
2. Free Shipping
There are no hidden fees somewhere and ALL items purchased are shipped to you absolutely for free.
3. Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
4. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
5. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated and included in the Product Costs, the price you see is the price you pay. Due to Passion HQ shipping direct to you from our international suppliers shipping times vary between 7-15 days for major cities, please use this as a guideline and we ask to consider not ordering for time specific delivery dates set by yourself. In some instances where delivery locations are not on a normal route by courier companies some shipments are placed in Pudo Lockers and PIN codes sent for collection.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a [PO BOX] or to a [MILITARY ADDRESS]
7. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue. If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund. If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Return Due To Change of Mind
Passion HQ will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item. The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund. All cancellations will incure a flat rate fee of R50.00 for administrative purposes and will be deducted from any return due to the customer.
8.2 Warranty Returns
Passion HQ provides a  day warranty period, but is further limited due to product malfunction. If you would like to issue a warranty claim, the claim should be submitted within 90 days of you receiving the package. The return shipping will be pre-paid for by the customer, however, we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful. Upon the acquirement of the package containing the products for the warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.

8.3 Late Shipping Refunds
Passion HQ provides an estimated time for delivery and we do our best to meet these times. There are no refunds on items that have gone into the supplier ordering system but are held up with delays. Refunds will be considered if indeed we cannot trace a shipment. If a shipment is delivered after a refund is processed it will be the customers responsibility to return the purchase or pay for the products.
